Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account or using HSKpass, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use HSKpass. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us at support@hskpass.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• HSKpass offers a free plan and a paid "Pro" subscription billed monthly or yearly through our payment processor, Stripe.
• Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fee to your payment method on each renewal.
• Prices and plan features are shown on our pricing page and may change; we will give notice of price changes before they apply to you.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time. When you cancel, your Pro access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. Payments are non-refundable except where a refund is required by law. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Copy, resell, scrape, or redistribute our content or exam materials.
• Share your account or access credentials with others.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual property

All content on HSKpass — including lessons, flashcards, practice questions, and software — is owned by COMPANY_LEGAL_NAME LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own study.

HSKpass is an independent study tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Hanban, the CLTC, or the official HSK exam body. "HSK" and related names belong to their respective owners.

8. Disclaimers

HSKpass is provided "as is" for study purposes. We do not guarantee that using the service will result in passing any HSK exam or achieving any particular score. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated here.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, COMPANY_LEGAL_NAME LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
