HSKpass is operated by COMPANY_LEGAL_NAME LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, United States. We provide an online platform for learning Chinese and preparing for the HSK exam. If you have any questions about this policy, contact us at support@hskpass.com.

2. Information we collect

We collect only the information needed to run the service:

• Account information — your name, email address, and (if you sign in with Google) the basic profile information Google shares with us.
• Study data — your learning activity, such as exam attempts and answers, flashcard reviews, lesson progress, study streaks, and goals you set.
• Payment information — subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number. We store a Stripe customer identifier and your subscription status so we can give you access to paid features.
• Marketing contacts — if you submit your email for a promotional offer or launch reminder, we store that email so we can send you the message you asked for.
• Technical data — standard server and security logs (such as IP address and browser type) generated automatically when you visit the site.

• To create and manage your account and provide the learning features.
• To process subscriptions and give you access to paid features.
• To save and show your study progress and personalize your experience.
• To respond to support requests sent to support@hskpass.com.
• To send the specific promotional or reminder email you requested.

We keep your account and study data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must keep certain records (for example, billing records) to comply with the law.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to respond promptly to any issue.
