Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how billing works for HSKpass Pro, how to cancel, and our position on refunds. It is part of our Terms of Service.
1. How billing works
HSKpass Pro is a subscription billed monthly or yearly through our payment processor, Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can see your current plan and billing details on the pricing page.
2. How to cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel:
- Use the billing/manage-subscription option in your account, or
- Email us at support@hskpass.com and we will help.
When you cancel, your Pro access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that, your account returns to the free plan. We do not charge you again once you cancel.
3. Refunds
Payments for HSKpass Pro are non-refundable. Because you keep full access for the rest of the period you paid for, we do not provide refunds or pro-rated credits for partial periods, unused time, or downgrades.
4. Exceptions
We will issue a refund where one is required by law, or at our discretion in cases such as a duplicate charge or a clear billing error. If you think you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days at support@hskpass.com and we will review it promptly.
5. Free plan
The free plan is always available at no cost, so you can try HSKpass before subscribing. No payment is required to use it.
